Education
Dr. Boris Krumov graduated from the Medical University of Pleven in 2012. He completed his specialty training in Gastroenterology at the Faculty of Medicine, Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, in 2018.
Qualifications
- Conventional gastrointestinal endoscopy with biopsy – Level I;
- Interventional gastrointestinal endoscopy – Level II;
- ERCP-related interventional endoscopic procedures – Level III;
- Conventional ultrasonography – abdominal ultrasound and superficial structures (Level I), and abdominal Doppler ultrasound (Level II);
- Interventional and endoscopic abdominal ultrasonography – Level III;
- Member of the Bulgarian Medical Association and the Association of Young Gastroenterologists in Bulgaria.
Biography
From 2013 to 2015, Dr. Krumov worked as a resident physician in the Emergency Department at SofiaMed University Hospital. He has practiced at the Gastroenterology Clinic of the Military Medical Academy in Sofia and at Acibadem City Clinic Tokuda University Hospital. He is currently a member of the specialist team at the Gastroenterology Clinic of Lozenets Medical Center. Dr. Krumov is also part of the medical team at Levitas Medical Center.
Dr. Krumov is fluent in English and German.
