5. Make a list of skincare and haircare products you currently use.

The visit begins with a detailed discussion and medical history (anamnesis), followed by an examination of the skin, hair, and nails using specialized instruments such as a dermatoscope.

If necessary, the dermatologist may order additional diagnostic tests, including skin biopsy, microbiological testing, allergy testing, or dermatoscopic evaluation of moles.

Finally, an individualized treatment and prevention plan is developed, which may include medication, laser procedures, dermatologic surgery, or skincare recommendations for daily routines.
